About The Role:

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Create marketing plans aligned to enhance our brand image and visibility of the company’s facilities service offerings to generate qualified leads, increasing customer acquisition and fostering customer loyalty
Deploy multi-channel, targeted marketing campaigns, including, but not limited to, paid and organic acquisition channels, marketing automation, events and social media
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Conduct research and analysis across the market, our customers and competitors for our core services and sectors
Develop and maintain marketing playbooks for our services and sectors to ensure a proactive and consistent approach to marketing

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

Must have Right to Work in the UK
Proven experience in a B2B marketing role
Proven experience in delivering marketing campaigns across both traditional and digital platforms
Strong expertise in website platforms and digital marketing channels
Proficiency in non-digital campaigns such as events and direct mail
Proven track record in collaborating with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and senior management to achieve marketing goals
