Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Marketing Website Designer & Developer who can manage the entire process from design to development. You will be responsible for designing high-converting marketing websites in Figma, gaining consensus on the Figma prototypes, and then bringing them to life in Webflow/Framer. In addition to website design and development, you will create digital assets for product launches, email marketing campaigns, and paid ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Design in Figma: Create engaging, user-centric marketing websites, prototypes, and digital assets in Figma. Build consensus on designs before development.
Develop in Webflow/Framer: Take finalized Figma prototypes and develop them into fully functional websites using Webflow or Framer, ensuring a seamless user experience and high conversion rates.
Create Digital Assets: Design all supporting assets for landing pages, product launches, email marketing campaigns, and paid ads to ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints.
Run Experiments: Test and optimize your designs by running A/B tests and experimenting with various techniques to improve user engagement and conversions.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze website performance using analytics tools and adjust designs to optimize conversions and user experience.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure alignment on website design, messaging, and overall strategy.

Requirements:

Strong experience designing in Figma and building websites in Webflow, with a portfolio of SaaS-based marketing websites.
Proven experience designing digital assets for landing pages, product launches, email marketing, and ad campaigns.
A track record of building websites and assets that successfully convert visitors into signups or customers.
Proficiency with A/B testing, including understanding performance metrics and making data-driven design decisions.
Ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating with product, marketing, and design teams.
Familiarity with product marketing concepts, including positioning, messaging, and campaign development.
Strong communication skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to turn complex product features into compelling visuals.

Preferred:

Experience in designing for SaaS companies (Someone who can demonstrate clear results from past SaaS website projects, with a focus on how your designs have impacted lead generation and user conversion.)
Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
Proficiency in using simple, UX-friendly copy on landing pages to increase conversions
