Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Event Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our event spaces across our Llandudno, Menai Bridge, and Criccieth restaurants. Our Llandudno venue is an ideal location for weddings, celebrations, and meetings, offering a versatile space that can cater to a variety of events.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to sell event spaces in our Llandudno, Menai Bridge, and Criccieth restaurants.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Event Coordination: Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and coordinate with our restaurant teams to ensure seamless execution.
Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with our Media and Comms team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our event spaces, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and attending networking events.
Venue Management: Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring that all client specifications are met and that our venues are presented to the highest standard.
Networking: Actively network and build relationships within the local area to drive event bookings and increase brand awareness.
Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to improve our event sales strategy.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the local market and event trends is a plus.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: £28,000 plus commission, with on-target earnings (OTE) up to £35,000.
