About the Role
Join a growing professional consultancy led by an experienced entrepreneur to help manage and grow their online presence. As a part-time Social Media & Digital Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing social media platforms, growing engagement, and building an impactful digital presence.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Medium, etc.).
Schedule and post content consistently.
Respond to audience interactions and build community engagement.
Distribute and repurpose content across platforms.
Research PR opportunities to amplify visibility.
Analyze performance metrics and recommend strategies for growth.

Requirements

At least 1 year of social media management experience.
Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
